One of the more painful symptoms of a hole in the soul is that of the dark mind. When we awake our minds kick in and flood us with waking thoughts about our past, present and immediate future. Some people’s minds work for them and create healthy ideas, solutions and positive outlooks. If you suffer from an undernourished or starving spirit, however, you will experience only the horrors of a dark mind. On awakening your dark mind presents you with past failures, mistakes and negative experiences. Continue reading “The Dark Mind”
The problem with a hole in the soul is NOT mind based – the issue is the ‘hole in your soul’ – the malnourished spirit – that’s the real problem. Once this is fixed the mind falls inline and improves as a result all by itself.
- How many attempts have you made with conventional self-improvements methods to remedy how you feel inside?
- Have they ever really solved your problem?
- Have you grown tired with a lifetime of running from yourself down the glitzy avenues of the physical world?
Many people become frightened, mystified, confused and even angry when words like soul, spirit, God, Buddha, Higher Power and other spiritual names/terms are used in a conversation. Others have no feeling whatsoever. These names, or words, have been bandied about for centuries and because of their association with certain organisations and practices they have gained a discernible negativity. Mankind has tried since its beginning to ‘materialise’ the spirit of the universe by stating its essence, capturing it’s form and packaging it for the masses. Continue reading “Forced Isolation”

The two, hole in the soul and childhood trauma, have very similar symptoms with a main symptom being a sense of disconnection. The difference between the two Continue reading “The Therapeutic Approach”
You can heal a hole in the soul through spiritual means (and I don’t mean religion). There is an old saying that ‘religion is for people scared of going to hell and spirituality is for people that have been there’. I personally agree with this, the dictionary describes spirituality as “the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul”. Continue reading “Finding A Solution”
Reliance on the SELF leads to personal misery. The saying ‘no man is an island’ speaks volumes when it comes to how we live. Most people are taught to rely on themselves from an early age. We are put through nursery, school, college and even university. As we progress through education the seriousness of what we are doing and why increase. Continue reading “Self Cannot Fix Self”
Don’t underestimate this spiritual condition as it has the power to kill. When a person is consumed by the inner torment spued out from the dark empty void that sits in the middle of their being where a blissful shining power should be there is only so long they can endure this never-ending pain without seeking escape. Continue reading “Road To Suicide”
